Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries sliced
- 2 large Peaches sliced
- 1/2 cup Gluten-free Rolled Oats
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Organic Coconut Sugar
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Cardamom
- Salt a pinch
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray two ramekins lightly with oil.⠀
- Combine strawberries, peaches & maple syrup in a bowl. Divide into the two ramekins.⠀
- In a separate bowl, combine oatmeal, coconut sugar, coconut oil, cinnamon, cardamom and salt. Divide and fill the two ramekins. Bake for 15 minutes.⠀
- Remove from oven and let cool. Top with ice cream or yogurt for extra flavor. Enjoy!⠀
