Ingredients
Noodles
- 450 g Udon Noodles
- 3 cloves Garlic sliced
- 1/2 Capsicum
- 1/2 Carrot
- 50 g Snow Peas
- 5 Mushrooms
- a few stalks Scallions chopped
- 1 1/2 tbsp Oil for cooking
Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Flakes optional
- 1/2 tsp Thick Soy Caramel
Instructions
- Cook the udon according to the package instructions and set aside.
- Cut all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Heat 1 1/2 tbsp oil in a frying pan or wok. Add in garlic & onion sauté till fragrant.
- Add the vegetables, stir fry for a couple minutes, add the udon noodle and toss all together.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and mix well and serve hot.
