Ingredients
Salad Rolls
- Rice Paper Wraps as needed
- Lettuce
- Cucumbers cut into strips
- Spring Onions chopped
- Red Cabbage cut into strips
- Capsicum cut into strips
- Radish chopped
- Carrots cut into strips
- Jalapeno chopped
- Avocado sliced
Spicy Sauce
- 4 tbsp Sriracha
- 3 tbsp Plant-based Yogurt
- 2 tsp Chili Flakes
- 3 tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- On a shallow plate with water, wet your rice paper for a couple of seconds. add your filllings and roll. Repeat until you’ve used all the fillings.
- For the spicy sauce, mix all the ingredients until you have a smooth and soft texture.
- Serve immediately. Enjoy!
