Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup Rolled Oats gluten-free
- 1 cup Peanuts chopped
- 1 cup Almonds chopped
- 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- Salt a pinch
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup Agave Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 140°C (280°F). In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. In another bowl, combine coconut oil, peanut butter, agave syrup and vanilla and stir.
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry and mix throughly. Pour the mixture evenly onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes. Let it cool completely. When fully cooled, break the cereal into clusters. Enjoy!
