Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Squash peeled and diced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cup Walnuts roughly chopped
- 1-2 lbs Red Swiss Chard
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Liquid Aminos
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup Golden Raisins
Instructions
- On a medium-low heat pan, add your olive oil and squash.
- Cook for about 10 minutes.
- Add your walnuts and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Stir consistently to avoid the walnuts burning and for them to release their natural oils.
- When the squash become soft, add the red swiss chard.
- Add spices and liquid aminos. Stir well.
- Add the golden raisins. Cook for another few minutes.
- Serve warm.
