- 6 tbsp Tapioca cooked, drained and chilled
- 150 ml Coconut Yogurt
- 1 1/2 Mango peeled and chopped
- 300 g Strawberries
- 1 tbsp Lucuma Powder optional
- 2 tsp Maple Syurp
- 300 g Coconut Yogurt
- 70 g Granola
- 1/2 Mango chopped
- a few Strawberries chopped
- Blend all pudding ingredients except tapioca until smooth. Stir in tapioca and add to the bottom of your two jars.
- Top it off with coconut yogurt, granola and chopped fruits.
- Serve chilled.
