Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Cashew Milk for brushing the crust
Crust
- 1 cup Gluten-free Flour
- 1/4 cup White Rice Flour
- 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil solid state
- 1/4 cup Iced Water
Fillings
- 3 cups Cherries pitted
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Arrowroot Powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking pan with a Silpat or parchment paper.⠀
- Combine all the ingredients for the crust together. Rolls into a ball & place in fridge for 20 min.⠀
- Combine all the ingredients for the fillings together in a bowl. Set aside.
- Roll dough out into 1/4th in thickness. Pour fillings into the center of the dough leaving 1 inch of the edge uncovered.⠀
- Fold edges of dough together to form a circular shape.⠀
- Brush cashew milk on crust.⠀
- Bake for 25 minutes Remove from oven and let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
