Ingredients
Noodle Bowl
- 1/2 package Tofu sliced in cubes and pressed to remove extra liquid
- Cornstarch as needed
- Salt to taste
- Garlic Powder to taste
- Ramen Noodles cooked
- Veggies of choice chopped
- Peanuts chopped
- Sesame Seeds to sprinkle
Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Agave or Maple Syrup
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Cornstarch mix with 1 1/2 tsp water
Instructions
- Coat tofu cubes lightly with cornstarch, pan fry in a bit of oil until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Stir every few minutes.
- Push tofu aside and add sauce, letting bubble to thicken. Spoon over tofu and use remaining sauce to coat noodles.
- Serve with veggies and noodles and top with peanuts and sesame seeds.
