- 3 cups Shredded Coconut
- 3 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 6 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/2 tsp Pitaya Powder
- 1/4 cup Coconut Cream
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 100 g Dark Chocolate optional
- Process ingredients in food processor until well combined and form into equal balls.
- Pop in the fridge for 3 -6 hours.
- Melt dark chocolate and dip truffles in chocolate , sprinkle with pitaya powder and let cool on rack.
- Store in fridge and enjoy as snack.
