Ingredients
- 1/2 Avocado
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil
- 50 g Walnuts or pine nuts
- 1 clove Garlic
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 1/2 Lemon juice only
- Water to thin out the pesto
- Nutritional Yeast to serve
- Pasta cooked
Instructions
- Mix everything in a food processor. Add water a little at a time until desired consistency is achieved.
- Serve with freshly cooked pasta, extra nuts, basil leaves and nutritional yeast.
