Kiwi Pear Smoothie Bowl

One smoothie a day will keep the doctor away! Is that right? Although not technically correct, one serving of green smoothies a few times a week or even everyday will fill you up with vitamins and nutrients that your body needs.

Ingredients

  • 1 Banana sliced and frozen
  • 1 Pear sliced and frozen
  • 1 Kiwi Fruit peeled and frozen
  • 2 cups Baby Spinach
  • 2 cups Kale stem removed
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Non-dairy Milk

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. You may need to add more liquid depending on the power/speed of your blender. More liquid will make it thinner, less liquid will make it thicker!
  • Spoon the smoothie into a bowl and add your fave toppings. I added coconut flakes, kiwi fruit, pear, and dragonfruit on top.
