Ingredients
- 1 Banana sliced and frozen
- 1 Pear sliced and frozen
- 1 Kiwi Fruit peeled and frozen
- 2 cups Baby Spinach
- 2 cups Kale stem removed
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 cup Non-dairy Milk
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. You may need to add more liquid depending on the power/speed of your blender. More liquid will make it thinner, less liquid will make it thicker!
- Spoon the smoothie into a bowl and add your fave toppings. I added coconut flakes, kiwi fruit, pear, and dragonfruit on top.
