Ingredients
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 2 cups Button Mushroom
- 100 gm Tempeh
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 3/4 cup Soy Cream
- 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric
Instructions
- Saute the onion, mushrooms, and spices on medium heat until slightly browned
- Pour a splash of water so the ingredients do not stick to the pan
- Add in tempeh and saute for another 3 minutes. Add water, if needed
- Pour in Soy Cream, mustard and a pinch of turmeric for color. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until thickened
- Serve on your grain/s of choice and salad greens. Enjoy!
