Ingredients
Nice Cream
- 6 Bananas
- 1/4 cup Plant Milk
- 1 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cup Cashews
- 2 tbsp Cacao Nibs
Chocolate Sauce
- 3 tbsp Agave Syrup
- 3 tbsp Cacao Powder
Instructions
- Make the chocolate sauce in a small bowl by combining syrup with cacao powder and set aside
- Roughly chop the cashew nuts and set aside
- Add the chopped frozen bananas, cacao powder and plant milk to a high-speed blender or a food processor and blend until completely smooth. Have patience! You may have to stop a few times to scrape the side of the blender /food processor or let air bubbles out from the bottom
- Add the chopped cashew nuts and cacao nibs, fold them down into the nice cream
- Lastly, add the chocolate sauce (save a little for topping) and roughly fold it in
- Serve these chunky triple chocolate nice cream in your Coconut Bowls and top with the rest of the chocolate sauce. Add some more cashews and cacao nibs on top. Enjoy!
