Ingredients
- 2 Bananas frozen
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups Plant Milk
- 2 Dates pitted
- 1-2 tbsp Almond Butter
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp Ginger
- 2-3 tsp Molasses
- 1 scoop Protein Powder
- Nutmeg a pinch
- Cloves a pinch
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
- Process until completely smooth.
- Adjust flavor as desired or add more milk for a thinner consistency.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
