Edible Coconut Bowl
- 55 g Pitted Dates or medjool dates
- 35 g Hazelnuts
- 25 g Shredded Coconut
Coconut Nice Cream
- 1 or 2 Bananas
- 1 small Coconut Milk in a Can fat only
- Shredded Coconut as needed
Instructions
Edible Coconut Bowl
- Mix the 3 ingredients together, then put them in a bowl, with parchment paper to prevent your fake bowl from sticking to the real bowl. Let it sit in the freezer.
Coconut Nice Cream
- Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. The proportions depend on the size of your bowl and the size of your bananas.
- Add as many shredded coconut as you want.
- Fill your edible bowl and let sit in the freezer.
- Freeze until everything is set. You can thaw it for a few minutes in the chiller before eating if it is too hard.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
