- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 cups Coconut Water
- 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder
- 1 1/2 tsp Maca Powder
- Coconut Oil as needed
- 2 Bananas sliced
- Coconut Sugar to taste
- Place oats, coconut water and coconut milk into a saucepan and gently heat on low for aprox 5 mins, stir occasionally.
- Whilst oats are cooking, sprinkle coconut sugar over bananas. Melt a little coconut oil in a frying pan, once melted add sliced bananas, cook each side for aprox 2 mins or until caramalised.
- Add Cacao and Maca powder to the oats and a little maple syrup if you want to sweeten it some more.
- Combine and take off heat. Place in a bowl and top with bananas, nuts and choc squares.
