Choc Chip Caramel Nice Cream

A decadent yet healthy breakfast that doubles as dessert! This creamy choc chip caramel nice cream contains only 5 ingredients and takes only a few minutes to make. Add your choice of superfood powders and plant-based protein for a nutrient boost!
We used cacao nibs instead of your usual choc chips. They have the raw flavor of chocolate, with a touch more bitterness that is balanced by creamy bananas and rich Medjool dates for full flavoured chocolate. Oh, and it is really high in antioxidants!
We recommend serving this choc chip caramel nice cream with a generous serving of peanut butter, banana coins, macadamias and/or additional cacao nibs.

Ingredients

  • 4 Bananas frozen
  • 4 pcs Medjool Dates
  • 3 tbsp Cashew Butter
  • 1 tbsp Hulled Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Cacao Nibs

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients (except cacao nibs) in a high-powered blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Then add cacao nibs and briefly blend or gently mix through.
  • Spoon into your Coconut Bowls and add additional cacao nibs, banana, nut butter and/or macadamias.
