Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Plant-based Butter or oil
- 2 cups Onion chopped
- 2 cups Celery chopped
- 2 cups Carrots chopped
- 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
- 9 oz Plant-based Protein chopped
- 5 cubes Vegetable Buillon salt-free
- 10 cups Water
- 1 tbsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt or plain sea salt
- 3 cups Pasta uncooked
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Melt plant-based butter in a large pot.
- Add chopped vegetables.
- Cook vegetables on medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Stir in diced plant-based protein, basil, oregano & garlic salt.
- Cook covered for 5 minutes.
- Add water and bring to a boil.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
- Add pasta and cook for 7-10 minutes, until al dente.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
