Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Gluten-free Rolled Oats
- 1/4 cup Quinoa Oats
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1/3 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Coconut Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, cook blueberries with a drop of water on medium heat until a puree is formed. Then combine all ingredient and top with coconut flakes, pomegranate seeds and blueberries.
- Enjoy warm or cold.
