Blueberry Quinoa Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Gluten-free Rolled Oats
  • 1/4 cup Quinoa Oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, cook blueberries with a drop of water on medium heat until a puree is formed. Then combine all ingredient and top with coconut flakes, pomegranate seeds and blueberries.
  • Enjoy warm or cold.
