Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas cooked
- 2 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tbsp Tahini
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/8 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 3/4 tsp Himalayan Salt
Instructions
- Drain and rinse chickpeas. Add them to a food processor or high-speed blender along with all the other ingredients.
- Blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down sides as needed. Adjust the thickness by adding water to thin it out until desired consistency is achieved.
- Enjoy with your favorite crackers and veggies.
