Ingredients
Salad
- 1/2 Cucumber halved and sliced
- 3 Tomatoes diced
- 2 Spring Onions finely diced
- 1/2 Avocado cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp Sesame
- 1 big handful Crunchy Chickpeas double-roasted, store-bought *optional
Dressing
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Tamari
- 1 tsp Wasabi Paste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients for the salad to a bowl.
- Combine the in ingredients for the dressing and mix well with the salad.
- Adjust taste with white pepper and salt if necessary.
- Enjoy!
