- 4 Avocados
- 1/4 cup Lime Juice
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Small Red Chili finely chopped for garnish
- 1 Tomato finely chopped for garnish
- 1 bunch Coriander Leaves for garnish
- Combine avocado, lime juice, salt and olive oil in a blender, blend until smooth.
- Transfer to coconut bowl and top with finely chopped tomatoes, chili, coriander and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Serve with corn chips or spread on toast.
