Cilantro Cumin Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chickpeas or canned
  • 1/2 cup High Quality Tahini
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 2-3 cloves Fresh Garlic plus more to taste
  • 1 handful Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/3 Filtered Water
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth for about 5 min scrapping the sides of the blender.
  • Serve hummus in a shallow plate. Drizzle with some olive oil (optional), top it with olives, tomatoes, herbs and sweet peppers. Enjoy!
