- 2 cups Cooked Chickpeas or canned
- 1/2 cup High Quality Tahini
- 1 Lemon juiced
- 2-3 cloves Fresh Garlic plus more to taste
- 1 handful Cilantro
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/3 Filtered Water
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth for about 5 min scrapping the sides of the blender.
- Serve hummus in a shallow plate. Drizzle with some olive oil (optional), top it with olives, tomatoes, herbs and sweet peppers. Enjoy!
