Ingredients
- 375 g Tofu
- 3 Tomatoes large
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Dukkah
- 1/2 cup Almonds Roasted
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs
- 1 tsp Dried Basil
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
Instructions
- Slice Tofu into 6 even squares, top with sliced tomatoes and drizzle with Balsamic vinegar.
- Bake on a baking tray (lined with baking paper) at 180*C for until Tofu has turned golden brown and is quite crisp (this can vary from 10-20 mins depending on your oven).
- Dukkah: Blend or crush almonds into small chunks, and stir in other ingredients.
- Serve Tofu topped with dukkah, alongside a salad or just eat it on its own.
