Ingredients
Vegan Satay Sauce
- 1 small Onion
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Powder
- 2 1/2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 6 Pineapple Cubed
- 1 tbsp Sambal Paste
- 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts reserve 2 tbsp for sprinkling
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup Water add more or less until desired consistency is achieved
Veggie Kebab
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 small Pineapple
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 packet Mushrooms
- 3 small Capsicums you can use a mix of red, yellow and green
Instructions
Vegan Satay Sauce
- Blend all the ingredients till it turn smooth. Next pour the sauce into the sauce pan and cook in a medium low heat. Once it boil removed from the heat and serve with the veggie kebabs.
Veggie Kebabs
- Preheat the grill pan to medium low heat.
- Chop all the veggies into a large chunks. Work the vegetables onto the skewers on a random pattern (soak those wood skewers for at least 15 min before use).
- Brush some oil onto the veggies before grilling, remember rotating them every 2-3 minutes in order to get the grilled mark.
- Serve warm with vegan satay sauce.
