Ingredients
- 180 g Wonton Noodles cooked
- 4 Vegan Dumplings
- 5 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tbsp Oil
- Steamed Bokchoy
Sauce
- 2 tbsp Mushroom Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/4 tsp White Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Chili Oil
- 4 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil
Instructions
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil and 5 cloves of garlic in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients except for the garlic. Next heat 1 tbsp of oil in a sauce pan and add in the garlic, sauté till fragrant. Add the sauce mixture and cooked till boiled. Once boil remove from the heat and set aside.
- Place the noodles in a big bowl and then add in the sauce on top. Make sure that the noodles are coated evenly. Finally, serve in a bowl, top with cooked dumplings, bok choy, chilli flakes and crispy garlic.
