Vegan Dry Wonton Noodles with Dumplings

Ingredients

  • 180 g Wonton Noodles cooked
  • 4 Vegan Dumplings
  • 5 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • Steamed Bokchoy

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Mushroom Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp White Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chili Oil
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil

Instructions

  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil and 5 cloves of garlic in the microwave for 2 minutes.
  • Mix all the sauce ingredients except for the garlic. Next heat 1 tbsp of oil in a sauce pan and add in the garlic, sauté till fragrant. Add the sauce mixture and cooked till boiled. Once boil remove from the heat and set aside.
  • Place the noodles in a big bowl and then add in the sauce on top. Make sure that the noodles are coated evenly. Finally, serve in a bowl, top with cooked dumplings, bok choy, chilli flakes and crispy garlic.
