Ingredients
- 100 g Red Kidney Beans
- 80 g Rice
- 200 g Broccoli chopped
- 100 g Carrot chopped
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 20 g Cashews
- 20 g Peanuts
- 3 tbsp Tamari
- 2 tsp Turmeric
- a pinch Black Salt
- a handful Coriander
Instructions
- Add the rice into the saucepan, pour in double amount of hot water and cook until all the water has been absorbed.
- Fry the broccoli, carrots and mushrooms on a pan. Once soft, pour in the tamari, give it all a good stir and let it cook for few more minutes.
- Then fry the rice on the same pan along with the beans, turmeric & black salt.
- Transfer everything into a bowl, mix it properly, top it with peanuts & cashews, sprinkle over some coriander and serve!
