Stuffed Tofu Puffs with Sweet and Spicy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

Stuffed Tofu

  • 1 package Tofu Puffs lightly toast or grilled until crispy
  • 100 g Bean Sprouts blanched
  • 1 Cucumber cut into strips
  • 1/4 cup Purple Cabbage sliced

Dipping Sauce Mixture

  • 2 tbsp Kecap Manis indonesian soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Tamari
  • 1 tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Calamansi Juice
  • 2 tbsp Filtered Water
  • Toasted Sesame

Instructions

  • Mix all the sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
  • Slice tofu puffs in the center to create a gap for the fillings.
  • Add an equal amount of veggies inside the tofu puffs.
  • Serve immediately with the dipping sauce.
