Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup Oat Flour gluten-free
- 1/2 cup Almond FLour
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil melted
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 pinch Salt
Filling
- 1 pack Silken Tofu
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder
- 1/4 tsp Espresso Powder optional
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine all the ingredients for the crust together. Pour ingredients into a 7-inch tart pan and begin filling the pan with the crust, pressing on the sides and ensuring they are evenly distributed. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.⠀
- Combine all the ingredients for the filling in a blender and blend until completely smooth. Pour into the cooled tart pan. Refrigerate for 1-1/2 hrs until the filling sets. Add desired toppings. Keep refrigerated until ready to be eaten. Enjoy!⠀
