- 280 g Red Pepper Antipasti about 1 jar
- 1 can Chickpeas drained
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/4 Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Cold Water add less or more to reach desired consistency
- Simply blitz them up in a food processor and garnish with olive oil and chilli flakes.
