Ingredients
- 200 g Rice Noodles cooked
- 1 Carrot julienned
- 1 cup Red Cabbage shredded
- 1/4 – 1/2 Cucumber thin strips
- Spring Onion
- Sesame Seeds for garnish
Sauce
- 1 tbsp Red Curry Paste
- 1/4 cup Natural Almond Butter
- 2-3 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Filtered Water
- 1-2 tsp Agave Syrup
Instructions
- Stir together the sauce ingredients and combine everything in a large bowl.
