- 300 g Frozen Peas defrost before using
- 1 can Chickpeas
- 1 cup Mint
- 1 tbsp Ginger minced
- 2 tbsp Cumin Seeds toasted
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- Dessicated Coconut to coat
- Pita Bread to serve
- Tahini to drizzle
- Preheat oven to 175C.
- Pulse all the ingredients together except the desiccated coconut.
- Shape into falafels and coat in desiccated coconut.
- Transfer to a lined baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven for 30 minutes.
- Serve with Pita Bread and a drizzle of Tahini.
