Ingredients
- 4 oz Brown Rice Noodles
Sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 2 tsp Agave
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce low sodium
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tbsp Ginger grated, or some ginger powder
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
Veggie Stir-fry
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 Bell Pepper thinly sliced
- 8 oz Mushrooms
- 1 1/2 cup Snow Peas
Garnish (optional)
- Sesame Seeds
- Red Chili Flakes
- Lime Juice
Instructions
- Boil water for noodles.
- Mix sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Heat oil in large pan over medium heat and add veggies, toss, cook total 3 to 5 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Drop noodles in water when it boils. They cook quickly! Drain and rinse them and add to veggies along with sauce.
- Combine, stir and top with lime squeeze, sesame seeds and chili flakes.
