- 100 g Dried Mango soft
- 50 g Dried Ginger slightly candied or unsweetened
- 75 g Cashews
- 1/4 tsp Lime Zest
- pinch Cinnamon
- 3 tbsp Dessicated Coconut
- Add nuts in a food processor and grind roughly.
- Add mango, ginger, lime and cinnamon and pulse. Mix until you get a homogeneous and sticky mixture.
- Add some water as needed.
- Form balls and roll in desiccated coconut.
- Keep the Mango Bliss Balls in an air-tight container in the fridge.
