Ingredients
Mango Salad
- 1 Mango Cheek sliced
- 115 g Kelp Noodles rinsed
- 100 g Marinated Tofu
- 1/4 Red Capsicum thinly sliced
- 1-2 Radish thinly sliced
- 30 g Almonds
Miso Almond Dressing
- 1 tbsp Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp White Miso
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 5 drops Stevia
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Whisk ingredients and pour over salad, toss well.
