Ingredients
- 1 liter Vegetable Stock
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger minced
- 2 tbsp Sesame or Vegetable Oil
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 handful Mushrooms chopped
- 1 stick Scallions
- Ramen Noodles
Instructions
- Saute Garlic and Ginger for 2-3 mins.
- Then add soy sauce, rice vinegar and veggie stock. Put on a lid and bring it to a simmer. Cook Ramen noodles until done.
- Add mushrooms, scallion, Ramen and vegan dumplings (if you‘ve got leftover Filling you can add it as well).
