Homemade Vegan Dumplings and Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 liter Vegetable Stock
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Ginger minced
  • 2 tbsp Sesame or Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 handful Mushrooms chopped
  • 1 stick Scallions
  • Ramen Noodles

Instructions

  • Saute Garlic and Ginger for 2-3 mins.
  • Then add soy sauce, rice vinegar and veggie stock. Put on a lid and bring it to a simmer. Cook Ramen noodles until done.
  • Add mushrooms, scallion, Ramen and vegan dumplings (if you‘ve got leftover Filling you can add it as well).
