- 1/2 White Onion chopped finely
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 can Haricot Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Passata
- 4 tbsp Tomato Puree
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Dried Mixed Herbs
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Saute the onions with an olive oil for a few minutes until translucent and cooked.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Simmer for 5-6 minutes. Stir occassionaly. Serve with a slice of toasted Sourdough Bread.
