Ingredients
- 5 medium Potatoes
- 200 g Cabbage
- 1 clove Garlic
- 100 ml Buckwheat Flour
- 1 tsp Paprika
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Vegan Egg
- 2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal
- 5 tbsp Water
- Breadcrumbs as needed
Instructions
- Mix the vegan egg ingredients and set aside to set.
- In a bowl, mix in garlic, buckwheat flour, seeds, paprika, salt and pepper.
- Shred the cabbage and potatoes. Add them in the flour mixture and mix until it forms a dough.
- Dip the dough into the vegan egg, then into the breadcrumbs and fry until crispy. Serve with your favorite dip and enjoy.
