Ingredients
- 1/2 Block Firm Tofu
Breading
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 tsp Garlic
- 1/4 tsp Onion
- 1/3 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
Satay Sauce
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Water
Instructions
- Mix all the breading ingredients except the Panko. Coat tofu in the breading mixture, roll them in Panko and put on a baking tray.
- Spray with oil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-30 minutes until crispy.
- Mix together all the sauce ingredients.
- Coat the baked tofu in the saue and serve with your favorite veggies and grains.
