Ingredients
- 200 g Peas steamed and cooled
- 200 g Zucchini steamed and cooled
- 1 Avocado
- 1 handful Fresh Mint Leaves
- 800 ml Cold Water
- 200 ml Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a blender, process all ingredients until a smooth texture is formed.
