Creamy Garlic Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Dry Pasta
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Italian Spice Mix
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2-3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup Dairy-free Cream

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, heat a skillet with oil and saute the onion and garlic for 5 minutes.
  • Add in mushrooms, spices, and nutritional yeast.
  • Incorporate well and cook until mushrooms are soft, then stir in Dijon mustard and cream.
  • Mix in pasta and season with salt & lemon juice to taste before serving.
