- 210 g Chickpea Flour
- 200 ml Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl and let it swell for about 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 300 F.
- After 10 minutes, use a spoon to split the dough into two parts and spread it out on to parchment papers. The dough is supposed to be loose, so don’t add more flour.
- Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until the pizza is crispy.
- During the time the pizza is in the oven, prepare your toppings. I used green kale pesto, olives, zucchini, tomatoes, onion and asparagus.
