Ingredients
- 2 cans Chickpeas low sodium and organic
- 1 small Cucumber sliced
- 1/2 cup Pickled Red Onions pickled in vinegar and sea salt
Dressing
- 3-4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 handful Fresh Dill
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl and pour over the dressing right before serving.
