Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas
- a handful Black Olives
- 1 tbsp Falxseed Oil
- 3 tbsp Vegan Yogurt
- 2 cloves Garlic chopped
- 1/2 tsp Mediterranean Herbs
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper to taste
To serve
- Gluten-free Toast
- Zucchini
- Avocado
Instructions
- Roughly mash the chickpeas, with the back of a fork or potato masher.
- Add other ingredients and mix it until u get a nice thick mixture.
- Serve with zucchini slices and avocado.
