Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Cooked Lentils or 1 can lentils, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 2 tbsp Italian Spice Mix
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1/4 cup Veggie Broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Add all ingredients to a food processor and pulse until a coarse meal forms. Don’t overmix, you want a few chunks, not a paste.
- Form mixture into 2” balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake 15 to 18 minutes until firm. Makes 10 large “meat”balls. ⠀⠀
